What we do with your data.

If you have any question about your data, write to that address and it will reach a person, not a system.

When you send the form we receive your name, your telephone number, your email address, the subject you picked, your message and the language of the page you wrote from. We ask for a telephone number or an email address because without one of them we cannot reply to you.

We use this only to answer your enquiry. Your message is sent to our inbox by email and stays there so we can follow up on your case. We do not use it for advertising and we never pass it to anyone else.

Our email is a Google account, so your message passes through and is stored on Google's mail servers. If you would rather not use the form, you can telephone us or send a WhatsApp message instead.

This site sets exactly one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers whether you are reading in English, German, Dari or Pashto, so the site opens in your language next time. That is all it does.

It does not identify you, does not follow you to other websites, and is not used for advertising. Because it only does something you asked for, no cookie banner is required. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Like every web host, their servers automatically record technical details of each request: your IP address, the time, which page was requested, and which browser and operating system you use.

This happens for every website you visit and is necessary to deliver the pages to you and to keep the site secure. We do not use these records to identify individual visitors.

We run no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media plug-ins and no embedded maps. We do not know who visits this site or how many of you there are.

Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers — the fonts, the photographs and the code all come from our own address. Your browser therefore tells nobody else that you were here.

We link to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and the websites of our partners and sponsors. The moment you follow one of those links you are on their website, under their rules, and this policy no longer applies. Please read theirs if it matters to you.

You may ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also tell us to stop using it. Write to empororganization@gmail.com and we will do it — there is no form to fill in and no fee.

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you these rights and also the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
